Custody &
Settlement Solutions

Secure. Compliant. Institutional-Grade.

Our Purpose

EDXM Global provides secure, compliant and institutional-grade custody and transfer infrastructure for Digital Payment Tokens (DPTs).

We empower institutional participants — including exchanges, brokers, funds, family offices, OTC desks, liquidity providers, and corporate treasuries — to safely store, manage and transfer digital assets with confidence.

Combining advanced cryptographic security, operational resilience, and alignment with Singapore’s Payment Services Act, we bridge the gap between traditional finance and the digital asset economy.

We are committed to infrastructure that meets the highest standards of governance, transparency, and risk management — supporting the financial system of the future.

EDXM International is currently exempted by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) from holding a license under the Payment Services Act 2019 for providing digital payment token services. This exemption is temporary and does not constitute MAS approval of our services.

Digital Asset Custody

Secure, segregated and institutionally governed storage of crypto

Settlement Solution

Regulatory Disclosures

In compliance with MAS requirements, please note:

Before you:

  • Transfer funds or DPTs to us or a third party
  • Enter any agreement to buy/sell DPTs
  • Rely on us to transmit or facilitate DPT transfers

You should be aware of the following:

  • EDXM Global is operating under a temporary exemption from licensing.
  • You may not recover your funds or DPTs in the event of business failure.
  • DPT values may fluctuate significantly — you could lose all your capital.
  • You should ensure you fully understand the nature, mechanics, and custody of any DPT you transact in.

We may offer services related to coins, which are commonly marketed as having a stable value but are categorized as DPTs.

While we implement best-in-class infrastructure, digital asset custody involves risks such as:

  • Cybersecurity threats
  • Key mismanagement
  • Regulatory changes
  • System outages

We conduct full Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on all institutional clients, adhering to Singapore’s AML/CFT regulations under the:

  • Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes Act
  • Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act

MAS Risk Warning on Digital Payment Token (“DPT”) Services
In compliance with regulatory requirements in Singapore, including the Guidelines on the Provision of Consumer Protection Measures by Digital Payment Token Service Providers (PS-G03) issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”), please read the following carefully before you:
  • transfer any funds or Digital Payment Tokens (“DPTs”) to us or a third party;
  • enter into any agreement to buy or sell DPTs; or
  • rely on us to transmit, facilitate or arrange DPT transfers.

1. Regulatory StatusEDXM Global Pte. Ltd. has submitted a notification under the Payment Services (Exemption for Specified Period) Regulations and is permitted to continue providing certain DPT services in Singapore on a transitional exemption basis while it prepares and submits a licence application to MAS. During the exemption period, EDXM Global is not a fully licensed or regulated entity under the Payment Services Act 2019.

2. No Guarantee of RecoveryBecause EDXM Global is operating under this transitional exemption and is not fully licensed, your funds and DPTs are not covered by any statutory compensation scheme or guaranteed in the event of EDXM Global’s insolvency, suspension of business, or failure. You may not be able to recover all, or any, of the funds or DPTs you transfer or hold with us.

3. DPT Volatility and Total Loss RiskDigital Payment Tokens are highly speculative and can fluctuate in value rapidly and unpredictably. The value of any DPT you buy, sell, hold, or transfer may:
  • increase or decrease significantly over a short period;
  • fall to zero; or
  • not recover previous values.
You should only transact in DPTs if you are prepared to bear the risk of losing all of the capital you invest.

4. Product and Custody UnderstandingYou are responsible for understanding the nature, mechanics, and custody arrangements of any DPT you transact in, including how:
  • the DPT is created and transferred;
  • the DPT is stored, safeguarded, or custodied; and
  • the risks inherent in the DPT and the services we provide affect your interests.
If you do not fully understand these matters, you should seek professional advice before engaging in any DPT transactions.

5. “Stable Value” Token ClarificationWe may offer or facilitate services related to tokens that are marketed as having a “stable value” (often referred to as “stablecoins”). These tokens are still categorized as DPTs and are not guaranteed to maintain a fixed value under any circumstances. They remain subject to market, credit, liquidity, and other risks.

6. Consumer Protection Expectations (PS-G03)Under MAS’ PS-G03 Guidelines, DPT service providers are required to adopt consumer protection measures including clear risk disclosures, asset segregation, and conduct practices designed to protect customer assets and promote informed decision-making by customers. These guidelines are designed to strengthen user protection and inform customers about the risks associated with DPT services.

7. Seek Independent AdviceYou should consider obtaining independent legal, financial or tax advice before engaging in any DPT transactions or using any of our services.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this risk warning.
